Press Coffee Roasters is an elevated coffee chain in Phoenix with 12+ locations around the valley. They focus on sourcing the best possible product and using only the best equipment to serve great coffee to everyday people.
This poster will help their kitchen staff build all recipes to the correct specifications quickly and consistently. All illustrations are hand drawn and use the same black/white color scheme as the existing branding.

By using this “pulled apart” style of showing the avocado toast, I am able to show in detail the process of building the item without visually overloading the piece. Every element is shown in the correct portions and “build order” to be easily understood in the fast-paced kitchen environment.
